Leen is a data-driven leader with proven success in developing sustainable profitable business systems. Leen graduated from IU-Bloomington, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Informatics with a Minor in Entrepreneurship. Leen is currently married to his wife, Megan. In his free-time, he enjoys golfing, creating art, & spending time with family & his dog/son, Milo.

Logan brings over 10 years of high-level construction experience which includes roles such as Installer, Lead Supervisor, & Lead Project Manager on major roofing projects including the North-End expansion of the Louisville Cardinals Football Stadium, Norton’s Children’s Hospital in downtown Louisville, Morehead State University re-roof, and multiple large Amazon Warehouses. In his free-time, Logan enjoys golfing, custom carpentry work, & spending time with his wife, Jansen, & his daughter, Isla.

Dakota, a Manchester University graduate, brings 7 years of invaluable sales experience to the team. Rising from a Senior Account Executive to an Inside Sales Manager, he has successfully managed multiple sales teams and fostered young sales leaders. With Dakota’s expertise and dedication, he continuously ensures outstanding sales solutions for our clients. Outside of the office, Dakota enjoys football, golf, and home remodeling. He also dedicates his free time to officiating high school football and spending time with his wife, Emily, and daughter, Mia.

Jansen is a seasoned office management professional with 8 years of diverse office experience, including two years at a major commercial sprinkler company. Jansen’s organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and customer-centric approach make her an invaluable asset, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. In her free-time, Jansen is a JV cheerleading coach at a local high school. When she’s not working with her cheerleaders, you can find her reading a good book or spending time with family.

With an impressive track record in project management, Hilary brings an unparalleled level of expertise and dedication to each project she undertakes with her keen eye for detail and her highly organized approach. Her ability to foresee project needs and her proactive communication skills ensure that all aspects of the projects she manages are aligned with our client’s vision and expectations. In her free-time, Hilary enjoys indulging in various carpentry projects and spending time with family.

Marc Olan is an experienced sales and project coordination professional, known for his dedication to fostering strong client relationships and delivering customized solutions that make an impact. Currently, with The Heartland Builders, Marc specializes in understanding each client’s unique needs and guiding them through a seamless journey—from initial consultation to project completion. His work in the construction and renovation sectors is marked by a strong focus on detail, clear communication, and results-oriented service.

Marc continuously seeks ways to refine his approach to prospecting, client engagement, and project management, ensuring that every interaction adds value. He enjoys collaborating with both teams and clients to achieve outcomes that surpass expectations. Marc is always open to connecting with others interested in innovative, client-focused project solutions.

The Heartland Man was born & raised on Planet Konstruction in the Magellic Builder Galaxy. His parents, Mogu & Melinda, always wanted him to live a better life, so they saved up all their money mining DataBolts to send The Heartland Man & his siblings on the annual Earth Capsule. After a 3 year journey traveling through the galaxy, the siblings finally landed in a remote location in Indianapolis, IN where they were taken in by the local X-Union contractors. The Heartland Man built a name for himself locally for his construction skills, and he decided to take the role as CEO with Leen @ The Heartland Builders.

Sammy was always known to be “rough” around the edges. He always found himself in & out of trouble, until his parents sent him in the capsule. He was always made fun of for his teeth, but when he got to the X-Union, he realized they presented him with an extraordinary ability to cut earth’s lumber & various other materials. The rest is history.

Henry was the youngest & goofiest of the siblings. He was always known to be clumsy and accidentally break things with his protruding face. It caused a lot of anxiety in his earlier years but the X-Union took him in and showed him how to harness his powers. Today, Henry loves body-slamming nails & screws to help his brothers finish jobs with ease.
