Project Highlights

• Fletcher Place Community Center: Successfully completed a comprehensive building renovation project, including the installation of a new TPO roof, conversion of the cafeteria into multiple classrooms, interior painting, masonry repairs, and new flooring. This project will enhance the facility’s functionality and provide a more modern and inviting environment for the community.
• Julian Center: Efficiently reconfigured existing space to create multiple new classrooms, expanding the center’s capacity to serve the community.
• Reuben Center: Streamlined operations by converting existing office space into multiple offices, improving space utilization and fostering a more productive work environment.

Partnership with United Way of Central Indiana

• Established a strong partnership with United Way of Central Indiana by serving as a trusted construction partner for the Fletcher Place Community Center project.
• Proactively collaborating with United Way to secure additional projects, demonstrating our commitment to supporting the non-profit community.
